Anyone know how long the Incisive wit proc lasts, and what it's proc rate is?
in otherwords, are dual blades up most of the time, or once and a while?

Up something like 7-12 seconds or something. Not sure anymore as spec'd out of it awhile back.
Main issue with it is that it is on a 30 second timer now before next proc. This means you won't see it every fight and it isn't very reliable anymore. You are pretty much forced to take Ego Surge now to have an on demand buff for ego blades if not using the form. I am not saying the combo isn't worth it but you won't see dual blades as often as before.

So basically, if you wanna use dual blades, take Ego form, and deal I take it.

Well, great.
Ego Form looks like cack. Presumably this is to counter the fact that id blades look really cool.
Basically, it's like buying a flash car, only to find out that either:
1) You can only drive it one day a week. That day is random. You only find out on the day.
2) You can drive it whenever you like, but it has no seatbelts and you have to wear a clownsuit when you do.
3) With a one time premium payment on the Ego Surge plan, you get a second option to drive it once a week, you get to choose which day, but you still have to wear a clownsuit.

I use Incisive Wit and Ego surge and spend the majority of my time with Id blades up. There are gaps between, but usually that ends up being travel time between mobs. Its really not that big a deal. I personally avoided Ego Form because I didn't like the look of it.

Getting IW to proc looks like it doesn't put Ego Surge on it's CD. I've tested it a few times in the field, but nothing in the power house.

You can have ID blades and Shadowform at the same time, you just need to pop Ego Surge to do it.
Think of it as going ape$*@! on someone for 12 seconds.
