Alright, playing the game for a few weeks now. Mostly stuck to the lightning tree to get to know the game, as someone mentioned too me it was the fasted way to level. Fun fun so far. However, I'm a sucker for micro-management. I like to stand back and let my fingers pull the strings so to speak. Secondly, this particular character is also designed for role playing, so I tried to stick to a fitting theme. This doesn't mean however I want an ineffective character, obviously.

I was hoping someone could take a look at it, iron out and explain some of the flaws and weaknesses. Not sure about the advantages either.

I'm not sure you'll get much out of having both Shadow Form and Seraphim, especially both ranked up.
And Shadow Form's damage bonus scales with Endurance, which isn't even a SS for you.

Shadow Blast isn't worth much unless you want it for the cheap Crippling Challenge.

I think I would try to build it around Seraphim, Darkness EB and Shadow Embrace (with Fatal Allure advantage).

Maybe PRE/CON with INT, END, REC. Ignore STR, DEX, EGO
Not having an energy builder as a SS, I'd probably want Spirit Reverberation, which would give you a lot of energy when slaughtering henchmen with Shadow Embrace. Not having any points in EGO, maybe Shadow Shroud to help escape holds.

You might want to pick up March of the Dead earlier, since it scales with your stats and it would seem to be a big part of your strategy.
