While these marathon "taking the server down for ambiguous maintenance" sessions are probably annoying a lot of people, I think some people are getting shafted much worse than others by the developer's insistence on doing them at the same time every night. I work in a bar most nights, and don't usually get off until 1-2am. Taking the servers down for hours at a time every day at 3am is particularly frustrating for people like me who really only play around that time. I bought the lifetime subscription, but I've only been able to play about half an hour a night since Sunday due to all this server downtime; the time I'd normally play to unwind before going to bed, I'm locked out of the game I paid for the ability to play during that time. It's only been three days so far, but if it continues like this, I think Cryptic owes me two hundred dollars.
