Well I'm out (Titan), thanks to the few that made pvp an enjoyable experience. Posting on here just in case the devs don't read the suggestion box when you cancel :P These are just my thoughts on why i left and what could be changed to fix the overall problem of under population. I will admit I'm just as "guilty" as anyone else, and have probably scared off my fair share of people from bash.
The only true replay value of any game is a player on player system. Its the only thing that's different every time you play. However the pvp community in this game is very small and its due to devices and powers that you MUST have to be competitive in pvp. I loved this game to begin with but the changes to the game simply seem to make the pvp community smaller and smaller, which is the only reason i play. a couple suggestions, Put a cap on the debuff% you can stack on a single target, no one likes to be 1 shotted. Make stc effected by dmg mitigation, or a set amount of dmg based on your lvl for example at 40 it would do 2500 dmg. People enjoy a drawn out "epic" battle more than a 2 second 1 shot. But the reason people have to do the one shots in the first place is because of TP, even when you are able to beat someone they can simply hit the time out button. So TP needs to be changed to something less invincible, basically you could make TP into a click travel power with a cooldown, hit T then click where you want to teleport to and instantly appear there with a 3-5 second cool down on the skill. This would be an actual teleport, not the current I'm a untargetable wisp for 5 seconds in another dimension. And PLEASE fix your tab targeting system.

It's sad to see another regular PvPer gone :(.
You make many valid points and most of those should have been obvious during development.

All of your suggestions are valid and true, but you're right. You've probably chased away -more- than your fair share of casual players so in effect you have yourself to blame in addition to the developers' choices.

the issues mentioned here and everywhere else that really should have received dev attention many moons ago are simply going to fester and boil.
personally, my biggest peeve with this game is the early release for pc users that's been nothing more than a pay to play white board beta.
makes you wonder what they plan to do with release on xbox and the hilarity that will ensue.

Titan will be missed.
Though really none of the regulars play anymore, I usualy just spectate.
Did you know last night while spectating I got a kill from a swallow tail cut nearly 15 minutes after I applied it while messing aroudn with someone?
Yeah pvp here is a joke.
I do disagree. The PVE is getting better, and shows great promise if they keep thier current work up.
Though really none of the regulars play anymore, I usualy just spectate.
