How much value is snare in PvP? Debating putting snare on expulse (my close range PBAE) or ranking it to 3 which would make each hit about 1k and essentially as strong (with the knockback that gives no resistance) as a good melee power like chainsaw.

Trying to keep the character "pure" in celestial so I only have a few non-celestial abilities. (Thus, saying sxpulse stinks isn't going to be that helpful).

snare?, just one shot kills really, lol. sometimes two or three shot kills.
