I just recently got Vapor Form on my ice hero. I like it fundamentally but I'd like to suggest reducing the cooldown on it, preferably to 3 minutes or so.
My reasoning behind this is it's effectively mimicking teleport except you can be attacked, even damaged by certain damage types, and remain targeted. It's a good life saver in certain situations but it doesn't seem powerful enough to merit a 5 minute cooldown timer.
Against certain enemy types it won't save your life, you can't sneak past them when turned into this form (although temporary 'super stealth' would be a neat concept and would merit a 5 minute cooldown) and you can't use any abilities or regenerate while an air form, both of which function just fine in Teleport. Vapor Form is basically mimicking a vastly inferior teleport, something which is nice to have in emergencies but not really worth a five minute cooldown in my opinion.
With three minutes it'd effectively be useable once for two of most standard cooldowns such as Resurgence. This is more than enough breathing room, in PvP and PvE, to allow a chance at killing the player without making it an ability with a cooldown so long it doesn't seem to be worth taking.
