Mini Gun:
A great long range AoE cylinder attack that deal piercing damage. Low endurance cost and decent damage. Shoulder slot so it competes with Eye Beam and Shoulder Launcher. Mini Gun has a great advantage of Teflon Rounds that stacks defense debuff on your enemies.

This might be the best attack in the framework due to the combo of long ranged AoE, Teflon Coated rounds, and low endurance cost. Great animation too. It’s hard to imagine passing this one up.

The only annoying thing is that the power doesn’t like to turn itself off. Even after your target is destroyed, Mini Gun will continue to unload whoopass on the corpse for its full 6 second sustain. Mini Gun operates like Mac in the scene from Predator, where he loses his cool and shoots up the whole jungle. Except that Mini Gun does this every time you use it. Get used to turning Mini Gun off manually because the thing is in constant overdrive.
Micro Munitions:
Another great long range AoE. This one deals crushing damage in a 10 foot sphere at impact. Uses the chest slot. Micro Munitions deals very effective damage for the endurance cost, and it’s an AoE to boot. Great power. Cool animation too, although the sound effects can be a little overwhelming.
The highlighted used to annoy me too until I found out that it still targeted and hit teleporters and tunnelers. It's fun seeing people in TP die in mid-"flight"

The animation is extremely annoying to the target, which is probably a feature (not relevant in PvE, but in PvP having your screen covered with explosion graphics is pretty unhelpful).

Nice info

Was looking to create a PA theme toon this along with some other threads are some nice insight.

One thing to note is the synergy between Chest Beam / Concussor Beams and Electric Sheath. These two abilities can do colossal amounts of damage when you have Electric Form slotted and / or Electric Sheath active.

That's a worthwhile point but it deserves a whole Build dedicated to it. I heard about that combo a few weeks ago and I'm sure it's effective. It also stacks with Sonic Attack.

I'd like to see how it works overall but I'll be surprised if it's any better that the Quarry build I'm using. The great thing about Quarry is that you get a free heal every time you kill an enemy, and the cost reduction works for all powers. Toxic Nanites is always available for more damage and Force Cascade can be used multiple times in short succession if necessary.
