Hey everyone!
I leveled up to 25 not long ago and did my first Nemesis mission (creating him was a hoot!).
I did the Museum mission... Is there anything else after that or is he just going to pop up once in a while?
Thanks in advance!

When wandering around (on the ground) you'll occasionally get ambushed by your Nemesis minions, who have a chance to drop a clue which will lead to an event.

Usually you'll get like a small event, where you go and kill some of his henchmen, but then you'll get a nice big event where you actually fight your nemesis. It's pretty cool.
When you get ambushed by the nemesis minions, they have a chance to drop a clue as to where to go next. I hear you can only get these clues every six hours.

Herobot you will begin to see your Nemesis Minions beginng to attack you randomly when you're fighting in the world. After you complete a Nemesis mission, your minions will begin to drop clues - they drop clues every 6 hours.

You can trigger your Nemesis’ henchmen by either fighting mobs or destroying objects.
Find an area with a lot of destructible and have a field day to force a spawn of the henchmen.
The reason henchmen seem to spawn when you are fighting other mobs in the open world is because that is how you trigger them to spawn by fighting mobs.
After 3 or 4 Nemesis’ missions that are just in the open world, you will get an instances mission. It does take 6 hours between Nemesis missions to get another mission. If you ever have a situation where the clues aren’t dropping, check your inventory to make sure you don’t have a clue you missed, checked your mission log to make sure you haven’t forgotten about a mission, or talk with Defender or MPCD office. There will be some missions that you get from those two. For the most part, talk with defender if the henchmen haven’t dropped a clue.
Also, after you created a second Nemesis, being you will have more than one, go and speak with Defender because the new Nemesis always break out of the prison in MC and Defender gives that mission.
Nemesis’ clues do not always look like envelops sometimes the clues will be what appears to be items in your inventory similar to equipment.

According to my observations, the ambushes are triggered by picking up the health/energy/damage/defense boosts that mobs and objects sometimes drop when defeated/destroyed.

Shame the BM event is over, my nemesis minions loved spawning when I was fighting the zombies :)
The nemesis missions are fun, especially if you like the nemesis you created and the choices you made for their minions.
Anyway, as others have said, they minions spawn when you're flagged as being in combat and on the ground. If you get in the habit of fighting lots of mobs you'll get plenty of minions to spawn and you'll get the clues to lead you to their missions. You can also 'farm' low level mobs to get them to spawn so if there is one of the 5k kill perks you want you can work on that while trying to get clues for your next nemesis mission.
