I got Bountiful Chi Resurgence at lvl 23, then "Resurgence Reiki" advantage whis is supposed to remove damage strength penalty. However, in both below (ofc whenever activate the power) my avatars portrait and power hotkeys description there are still "Self Damage Debuff". Is it a bug or?

I haven't had the power for a while, but the advantage appeared to work for me a month ago. I don't remember if the debuff icon was still there, though.

Yeah it works, Theres still a lot of tool tip descriptions that need fixing, theres like one in every patch so far. You can check to see if the power is working as intendd by moving the mouse over an attack power and review the damage, then activate the Bountiful Chi and check to see if the attack power lowers or not in real time. IF not, and you have the advantage, then it's working. Hope this helps.

Advantages adding some strength to powers (such as % 20 chance to Hold, Arc, Knockback etc.) are added on description, while some adv.s removing penalties arent removed on description, that causes confusion. Ok, i see, thanks for replies hero friends.

My problem is that without presence as a SS, this power is so weak that it shouldn't even have a damage debuff. If they removed the debuff, perhaps they could make it so that each time you dodge while it is active, you get an extra bonus heal. It'd fit with the rest of the MA sub group. Get LR to rank three, pop MD and watch as this power ACTUALLY makes your hp bar move forward.

It has a damage debuff because it can be run permanently since it's duration is as long as the recharge. Even without any presense a Rank 2 BCR gives as much health back as Rank 3 Regeneration. That is pretty tasty, plus it can crit.
