I've been stuck at the post login window for the past 2 hours waiting for the patcher to connect. I've done all the usual troubleshooting. I have no idea what to do so Im just posting to vent.

Its the EU Proxy, must be down again, hooray.

I've had the same issue with the other proxy servers too. Not sure if it's affecting everyone though.

Anybody out there had any success?

I managed to get in with EU. Played for abit, zoned, saw my ping spike to 5000 and receive about a million packets. Lag, crash, died. This is getting tiresome.

I've had the same issue this morning, so I switched to the US Proxy and I can get past the "Connecting" message and the patcher screen now. However I'm now stuck connecting to the login server.

What's going on ?

I have no idea. The only thing we can be sure of is that

1. Its Cryptics fault.
2. The servers WILL be coming down for " emergency " patching
3. This won't be the last time.

Honestly, I'm a patient person, but this is getting out of hand.

Getting the same problem...and it's not just the EU proxy but the US one as well.

Seriously, the fact that this is happening for a game launcher is appalling. And it's not even an ingame issue! I've played three MMOs so far that uses a launcher application and none of them had problems so this is really inexcusable.

I wish a Dev would at least acknowledge the problem.
