Well, after completely rebuilding my computer and 'upgrading' it with Windows 7, I then installed CO only to find that I have horrible rubber-banding issues in-game. Surprisingly, the proxy works fine and gives me very rare cases of lag. The only issue here is the absolutely sickening amounts of rubber-banding that I get.
Much help would be appreciated greatly.

I'm getting just as much rubberbanding as ever with Vista, so I doubt it has anything to do with Windows, and everything to do with Cryptic's bandwidth.

If you have an nvidia card, i'd recommend either using the 190.38 drivers that many are reporting to work or the beta 195 drivers which a few friends of mine have tried and say resolve the rubberbanding.

Many thanks. That driver download link posted seems to have fixed my rubber-banding problem. I'll edit this post if I have any further issues.
EDIT 1: A few hiccups here and there, followed by the millisecond-length SERVER NOT RESPONDING. I also got the one isolated lagspike recently, but other than that everything seems fine.
EDIT 2: It seems that the driver has replaced the rubber-banding effect with a half-second pause each two seconds.

Looks like turning my antialiasing setting to none fixed the issue....
Nevermind, it fixed it for 5 mins... then doing the same thing again
This time ran as administrator and in compatibility mode using vista SP 2. Working fine... so far...

Will these drivers work with the 260M?
I know ASUS actually releases their own drivers.

Do you happen to know the latest drivers for mobile cards?
