No shards found: You have a ticket with 0 permission pairs, but no shards were found

Yeah, now I'm getting this. I have an account registered, AND it's been activated. Why won't it work?

i am havimg the same problem . i just bought the game today thinking that this was gonna be awesome and im getting the dame message no shards found: You have a ticket with 0 permission pairs, but no shards were found.

First impression always leaves a lasting one. And I believe I have just wasted 40 dollars. So far champions online is a FAIL!

It appears a lot of people, whether they bought the game or are just trying to play the free weekend, have this problem. It seriously needs to be addressed. I can't find a single thing from an sort of Administration from Cryptic even acknowledging this problem. I'm just trying to get on the free weekend, which at this point, there is only 13 hours left. This game looks great, but if Cryptic can't even straighten this out, it really fills me with a lot of doubt if they can really operate an MMO.

Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated by anyone who has it, by the way. So speak up if you know anything.
