you hear about him but you never see him

He has a 6 hour respawn timer. They should have reduced his timer when they reduced the rest.

i had no problems finding him ..
just take patience and since i have all the event perk complete already didn't take that long still a week or more to go

I've managed to catch him four times in the span of a couple hours. I highly recommend joining the channel LFG. There are quite a few people in there overall, and a lot of people are calling out what instance to hop to when he spawns. Certainly made things far simpler for trying to track him down for me.

There's actually a channel dedicated specifically to this now
