So, I get in on the lifetime subscription and pre-order from Best Buy to get early access.

I play in the big Open Beta end event and EARN my rewards and Cryptic gives them to everyone because it was too hard.

I play in the early start weekend, and my friend who pre-ordered from a non-early start retailer got to play as well. Yet another thing made not special.

There's a day outage and everyone gets a free day. Since they can't do that for lifetime members we get an exclusive Action Figure. Oops, they gave it to everyone.

I paid for a lifetime to get priority access to the STO closed beta. Oh... wait, that didn't happen either.

Please make more promises that don't reward my effort and my decision to pay more for a lifetime.

My guess is that you'll grow up before that happens, but I may be wrong.

So far I've not seen any decisions that were Customer Service related that benefited me. Quite the contrary, they helped everyone else.

It took hours of my time to earn the kill 100 reward for the End of Beta event, and someone who logged in for 1 minute received the same reward.

I paid extra for a lifetime, and the extra day reward went to everyone, plus an extra day that I'll never get.

I work retail and we try to make sure our big spenders are rewarded, but it seems like that's not a goal here at Cryptic.

Every one of the things you mentioned fits me. Lifetime, best buy pre-order, 100 kills, etc. And I got everything I was promised I'd get (except maybe the STO beta access already and I'm sure everyone will get in who it was promised to), and I'm happy about it. The difference is that apparently you are too selfish, childish or whatever to enjoy what you you have, instead you seem to all concerned over what others have received.

Because you let yourself get too emotionally invested in what is, at the end of the day, just entertainment.
