hi, im playing to champions online. i can play ingame but at the 5 or 6 minutes but before a window is open to say me : fatal error:dirct3d returned error code (E_OUTOFMEMORY) while creating a texture.

later other window is open saying: cryptic error PID:3544 ETID:0
and this:
Initializing...
Attaching to crashed process...
Harvesting data from crashed process...
Mode: Customer
Communicating with Cryptic Error Tracker...
Preparing Diagnostic Information...
Writing Mini Dump...
Terminating crashed process...
Waiting for description dialog to close...

i wanted to know because this happens, if it is due to the graphical card, or to any type of corrupted file that it solved installing the game again

thanks for all.i wait for an answer
bye.

Hey Thepipers,

Can you do me a favor and post your DXDIAG.
How to Create a dxdiag report

1. From the Windows key click *Start* (search for win7 or Vista) menu, then click *Run*.
2. In the *Open* box, type: dxdiag (hit enter)
3. If this is your first time running dxdiag, click *Yes* to launch the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
4. Click *Save All Information* to create a dxdiag report.
5. Choose a name and location for the dump file (recommend desktop) and click *Save*.

Zip this file then attach it to a reply in this thread.

Looking at your DXDIAG I noticed something very interesting you Video card is labeled as ATI Radeon HD 3800 Series. There is no straight 3800 card, 3870,3850, ect but no 3800. Do you know what specific card you have in that system? I would recommend uninstalling the drivers on there now and installing the latest ones after you know what card in the series you have in your system.
