Ok so I just loved the Equilibrium movie and when I saw the Gun Katas in this game I knew I would have to try it, so I made this build:

Download this Build here.

Superstats:
Level 5: Super Dexterity
Level 13: Super Ego

Powers:
Level 1: Gunslinger -- Trick Shot, Accelerated Metabolism
Level 1: Two-Gun Mojo -- Close The Gap, Accelerated Metabolism
Level 5: Killer Instinct
Level 5: Swinging -- Flippin'
Level 8: Frag Grenade -- Incendiary Grenade
Level 11: Mini Mines -- Wall Of Fire, Rank 2
Level 14: Sniper Rifle -- Tungsten Rounds, Accelerated Metabolism
Level 17: Breakaway Shot -- Microfilament Wire
Level 20: Lock And Load -- Two Smoking Barrels, Rank 2
Level 23: Bullet Ballet -- Not Without Incident, Rank 2
Level 26: Lead Tempest -- Tread Softly, Rank 2
Level 29: Holdout Pistol -- Stim Pack, Rank 2
Level 32: Smoke Grenade
Level 35: Force Shield -- Force Sheath

Talents:
Level 1: Quick Trigger
Level 6: Agile
Level 9: Indomitable
Level 12: Shooter
Level 15: Impresario
Level 18: Sniper Training
Level 21: Coordinated

I've been thinking that maybe Holdout Shot and Field Drones might be too much, but would like your feedback please.

If you want to, rub out one of the skills you called " too much " and add a shotgun in there.

If you remember he blows that guys head clean off by palm striking the shotgun into a 180.

I like this though. I'll use it.

Ok so I noticed that going on Gun Kata meant that i would be breaking away from melee range as far as posible, therefore the Close The Gap improvement would become less effective, therefore this is my new build:

Microfilament Wire drags them closer to you as well, but the knockdown might be helpful.

The idea of microfilament is to pull it close, knocking him down and drop the Mini Mines to enhance damage. The rotation goes:

Sniper
Smoke Graneade
Gunslinger
Two-Gun Mojo
Bullet Ballad
Breakaway Shot
Mini Mines
Lead Tempest
If they're still alive
Smoke Graneade
Lead Tempest

Thats bascially what I've been trying, but you get the picture :)

A few advice points for you:

1.) Don't invest in tread softly on Lead Tempest if you're not going Super Reflexes. The dodge chance is pretty low (something like 5-7%). The extra damage from ranking it up is much better IMO.

2.) Minimines damage is very low nowadays. Especially with wall of fire. Its difficult to justify the high end cost.

3.) In my experience, smoke grenade does next to nothing on PvE mobs. Especially not the villains and master villains whom you might want to escape from. PvP has better usage of this power.

4.) It may not fit into your build thematically, but gatling gun is by far the highest dps dealer in munitions if you can maintain it. With killer instinct and force sheath, you should have no problem maintaining the full duration.

1) Ok will take in mind thanks

2) I'll have to try on the Power House but thanks for tyhe info, maybe I'll put Frag Granede if it doesn't seem to work

3) Thats why I got it mainly, but will have to try it too, thanks.

4) Yeah I treid gautling and it looked just fine, I may be adding it instead of holdout postol as I seem to recover a lot of health even w/o this ability so I may be adding it just for the final burst of DPS, hehe. Or I may even go for the satelite power...don't remember it's name right now :p
