Seriously something needs to be done about this! It isn't fun its just frustrating! This robot is a tough fight and I like that, but he occosionaly goes mad or somethign and starts throwing out all these mega AOE attacks with NO warnings killing everyone, even the level 40s, that are in the fight and then he instantly resets back to full health.

Do you have any concept devs of how freaking annoying this is when 1) you almost had it killed and 2) you are on a timer so now theres NO way to kill him in time! so you just spent like 20-30 minutes for absolutely no reward and a big fat HAHAHA in your face as well.

Please for the love of god fix this somehow. Make him advertise ALL his major attacks, not just some of them. Allow at least a minute to get back form the spawn point before he resets!

All his heavy hitting attacks have both an visual queue (certain posture, charging up electricty) and an icon ontop of his head both showing he's about to unleash hell/an attack.
The main thing you have to remember however is to immediately start blocking when he starts charging even if it means cancelling an attack you're maintaining/charging up.
If you dont chances are your block will be to late and you'll get blown to bits if you dont have Invuln/LR.

It sticks if you get him at 2/3 or 1/3.

Not always. I've done this fight literally about 40 times, I know him pretty well. He occosionally for some reason just instant does a major AOE attack (and he has lots of them) with no warning.

Now I THINK the problem stems from two things. 1) Is that he doesn't show the schtick thingy on all of his big attacks. HE SHOULD! 2) The problem with relying on the animations is that I think sometimes you don't see the animatinos due to effects on him from other players such as Fear and that friggen ultra annoying Darkness attacks that throws him through the air. Really, this needs to be fixed. NO ONE can possibly defend that a COMSIC villian can be knocked back/up -- every other KB power in the game won't work on cosmics, EXCEPT this one. Crap. Anyway I think sometimes effects on him cause the animations to glitch and since there is no schtick warning, you get NO warning at all.

No, it doesn't. I've had him reset at all health levels including when he was literally within a few hits from dropping.

There's only one attack I can think of that is both insta-death and untelegraphed, and that's the giant blue ****-off explosion. I still haven't identified the tell for this move, and have only survived it by blocking at the right time by chance. However, other people seem to have figured it out, because I see a lot of people throwing up block in time. As long as one person survives, MD won't leave combat and everyone who got screwed by that explosion can get back.

There is some tell for it (or so I'm told), but it's too subtle for such a deadly and sudden attack. I'm not telling you to learn to play as I still don't know it myself, but I'd be seeing this a lot more if at least a few people didn't have it figured out. A "BOOM" warning is all we need, he does so many animations that whichever one warns of the Blue Death gets lost in all the motions he does.

The tell for that, which I call Force Eruption since it looks like that, is he hunkers down with his arms at 90 degree angles like he's going to leap or somethign then he fires it off. He also has an un-nerfed Pyre that he uses which does more damage than the force eruption. Around 8-9k if not blocked.

Like I said I know the animation clues pretty well but sometimes they just don't animate. These are charged attacks that do a LOT of damage. By this games rules they should have the schtich attack icon!

I don't care if I personally die, I care when EVERYONE dies and it resets. Like I said i've done this fight ALOT and iv'e seen the reset at least 20% of the time. Its very annoying. You can tell me I need to lrn2play if you want, but a full reset means EVERYONE is sucking.. not likely you know? He just doesn't always advertise in ANY way, animation or schtick, his big attacks and its annoying.

I don't believe I've ever seen mega-destroid reset like that, and I've probably done him ten or more times, so either it's not that common, or there's always been someone prepared (really, one person blocking at the right time will do the job).

The worst is when he's feared or flailing from Heat Wave and decides to explode.
