I would think as an added bonus to participating and going through the "trouble" of freeing al lthe heroes and getting the celestial set early that it should unlock a free retcon for the character that unlocked it, and only the character that unlocked it.

Nice try. But I really don't want people getting free retcons just cuz they open a powerset, and I think it opens up the power set to the account you have not the character. I want a free retcon, Everyone does but I really don't think it's a good idea.

But it depends, the developers have been ninja sneaking power fixes/nerfs in Test Center for awhile, and a lot of powers are getting effected good or bad. A mass Retcon maybe needed but not for unlocking something like that.

Talk about a Holy Nightmare...I say No to this idea. If you open the power set and want to use some of it..save your cash or make an alt. Last thing we need is everyone suddenly becoming Holy Rollers.
