I was trying to look at what's available at the Hero Games. The problem comes in when you hover over something to read it, what you have currently equipped overshadows it and I was not able to see the level requirement. I then double clicked on it to see if it would show in a pop up window but this didn't work. (This is where prompting before actually purchasing is key.) Instead I ended up buying an item (Falcon of the something) that is level 40. No one in their right mind at level 20 would blow 12K acclaim to buy an item they can't use until level 40. I submit a ticket as clearly lack of sufficient interface setup is the problem, to which I'm told essenitaly "deal with it." I am a paying customer, and I realize the game is new however this is not the first time an MMO has been introduced. There are typical problems found that are easily avoided by this prompt which then removes all responsibility from the application team. The exact words in the ticket say "due to various reasons this may not be possible." But what does that mean? What are "various" reaons. How about you give me 1 reason why...I really like this game but nothing is spelled out in black and white. Even WoW makes you agree to a ToS that clearly identifies what they will do and what you can do. No where have I read that these issue won't be refunded, also I've not found that this is work in progress. Someone needs to address this. If only for half decent customer support. Where is Daeke when we need him??? MMOs are played by people who are incredibly technically savy and would not have an issue distingushing issues or actual problems. The wording even suggests that it is possible but "may" not work. I would like a straight answer whether or not something is being done about this or if I should start playing ****. The lack of a customer support forum in a brand new game is also problematic. I hope this reaches someone with some actual input...send me Daeke. For God's sake he even gives logical polite answers.

While this isn't an actual "fix", next time this happens, hover over something else in your inventory, and then go back to the item. It seems to be an issue with the pop-up displays not repositioning themselves properly.

Rather than waiting for a response here, I suggest submitting a GM request again in-game and hope for someone different to respond.
The overlaying item descriptions is a known issue, if I'm not mistaken, so here's hoping they work with you on this.

I wouldn't expect an answer on the forums since it has been stated that in-game issues should be addressed in-game...
If you're holding your breath for a response in forum, dont. Daeke and a few others DO respond, but honestly, if you were a dev, would you respond to EVERY pew pew when SOMETHING went wrong? They'd never catch up once that happened. Follow the previous advice. I've requested GM assistance a total of 3 times and 2 out of 3 times I had an avatar staring at me in 5 minutes (the last answered in about 15-20 minues.) NOW, can they help you with THIS problem? Probably not. If every player expected in game money back every time they sneezed and clicked on the wrong item the economy would collapse. We've all done it, really. Just please realize that this is a game, the money isn't real, and it doesn't take THAT much time to amass 12 globals. Yes, it is frustrating and I am not saying that there's not a problem. It's just somewhat of a molehill, not a mountain.
