At long last it looks like both are going to be nerfed. Below is a interview with the devs talking about what will be done. So you all can quit putting posts about it now :)

Looks to me like someone is fishing for a infraction, since rickrolling is pretty much against the forum rules :P

Its also very early 2008 too...
