I have to say that since you started cracking down on the /ragequitters and other trash posts this forum has turned from a virtual cesspit into a very productive, constructive and ejoyable place to discuss the game.
Even the occasional /quit post these days is, in general, constructive and mature.
I haven't enjoyed participating in a game's forum community this much in a long time.
So thank you and keep up the good work. =)

a lot of that can be attributed to the end of the 30 free days too, since you have to be an active subscriber to post.

Wait, are you giving the moderators credit for the behavior of people quitting the game?

Someone just did a giant sweep-and-clear of the General forum.

The forums are much more positive in tone since they began being much more rigid.
On a side note, discussing moderation is not permitted, so this thread should also be closed. In the interest of fairness, it shouldn't matter whether it's pro or con.

The following is, I believe, the policy to which you refer:
19. Cryptic Studios has the final say on all aspects of these Forums. If you have a problem, you may make a complaint to Cryptic Studios directly and not publicly on the website. Creating threads or posts that question or reference administrative decisions or potential administrative decisions, such as post removals and thread closures, is not permitted. If you feel that we have made a mistake, please privately contact a Cryptic Studios and we will review the situation.
I believe the intent of the policy is made clear in the second sentence " If you have a problem, you may make a complaint to Cryptic Studios directly and not publicly on the website." So while you may be correct in a limited technical sense, it is my opinion that the intent of the policy is to prohibit complaining about administrative actions. Again, if I am wrong, please close this thread.
Either way, Thank you mods. =)
