For a long time now, I've been trying to develop a personal tool to measure and compare various powers. In doing so, I thought I could gain a greater understanding of the game and its mechanics. Doing so has been... difficult, and the analysis doubly so. However, I am satisfied enough with the results to post it here.

Please note:

1. Advantages are not implemented (most of them, at least).
2. Some powers may be off. The values are based on a character with 0% energy reduction and 0% damage bonus. If you can point out any errors, I'd appreciate it.
3. Most of the numbers assume trust with in-game tooltips.
4. The DPS and Total Damage figures represent an average amount.
5. The spreadsheet can operate with or without macros. If you want to use it with macros, make sure to disable security. The file I'm uploading from my computer is not malware, but your using it requires trust in me and Cryptic. To use it without macros, autofill column U with the contents of U5. I stopped developing without macros a little while ago (much too confusing! ), so the numbers may be a little more off.
6. Filtering by damage type in cell V4 can help you trim down on the number of powers you're looking at.
