Is it a glitch or something. sometimes I just randomly get attacked, like when im in talking to someone, im not even close to any enemy, but I start taking damage.

There is a bug with enemies having loaded inside walls and attacking from outside the map.
Bug it.
Not going to say that it will be fixed soon though since this exists since closed beta and hasn't so far even been fixed for the beloved by all Xiress.

Sometimes contacts will get attacked, and if you're near them you'll get embroiled in the fight. Sometimes other players will accidentally aggro people to the contacst too. It really has nothing to do with you and more to do with the npc you're talking to.
