I recently upgraded my 2 year old system to something alot more capable of running this game or so I thought.

I went from having no issues at all while playing using the minimum requirements to play this game to constant crashing of my PC after playing for about 5-10 mins.

My old system was;

Core 2 Duo E6300 @ 1.86GHz
2 GB RAM
ATI Radeon X1300/X1550
Windows XP Home
420 W power supply

Current setup is;

Core 2 Duo E7500 @ 2.93GHz
4 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX+
Windows Vista Home Premium (64 bit)
750 W power supply

I can be on my computer doing other things for hours and have no issues whatsoever but as soon as I attempt to play CO after 5-10 mins of gameplay I crash hard and can't recover unless I restart my computer. All drivers are the most current.

This has gotten to be very frustrating to say the least.

Is this happening to anyone else?

The growing belief is that there is a memory leak in the game somewhere. It's been posted before and will continue to be brought up until that particular issue is addressed.

Please try updating your video drivers to the NVIDIA 191.07 released Monday, and also try running the game in video safe mode as the Tech rep suggested when he replied in your ticket.

To run the game in graphic safe mode:
a.) Start the game client
b.) Before you enter your username and password, click the Options button.
c.) Check the Safe Mode option
d.) Log in and run the game again

I uploaded the newest video drivers and ran the game in safe mode.

No crashes. But the game looks ugly since all graphics settings are at their lowest. :(

It was only after about 3 hours and I had slowly started to increase my graphics settings that once I entered the room in Lemuria Crisis with the super villain did I crash again.

Don't mean to interfere with teh official support but I thought I'd throw this in because it's similar to a problem I've seen recently 1st hand - is your 9800 getting adequate cooling?

I recently donated an 8800GTX (that I'd ran for over a year without problems) to a friend and had to go back a week later to underclock it because running at the stock settings his case couldn't handle the temps.

The only reason I mention it is his symptoms were the same, desktop was fine for any length of time but as soon as he entered CO (or ****) he got a hard crash.
