my computer has all of the requirements to play the game, but for some reason when i put the CD in the dvd rom drive, the loader doesnt start up automatically, and when i try to run it manually, it says something like "doesnt support win32" or something like that. i'm not real technical savvy, so can anyone help me as to what the problem is, and what i need to do?

What are you trying to launch from the Dvd disk?
Are you double clicking on the setup.exe file.?

yeah i am. it says the setup doesnt run with win32. i have no idea what that means. did i get a bad disk or something? it runs fine on the other laptop in my house.

The only time I seen that error when I try to run a file that is not the starting exe. and try to run the autoboot.inf and the extenstion was not set up in the windows OS list of file to programs.
Could be that oyu have a CD drive starting to go bad. Not sure. What you can do is downoad the client from the webpage and install it. (and might be better as it may be a more update version than the CD)

hey i got the loader on there. its patching right now, i dont know if the actual game will work, but hopefully it does

i just want to say that even if it doesnt work, thanks, your a life saver. the last mmo i played a bunch, city of heroes, i got a couple people sayin rude ignorant s**t when i'd ask a question on the forum, just because i wasnt the most technological person. so thanks for helping and being respectful and not a smart ass about it. much appreciated

What you have paid for is the activation code not the disk.
If you still can't get the disk to work you can download the client from the main page
