Hi,

Is there a way to reorganize your powers? It seems like they are locked in place, and I'd love to move them around a bit (moving energy builder to #2 for example).

If you are referring to the hot keys? Yes.

Click the lightning icon (powers) and then you can move the hot keys around

To elaborate on that, you can either bring the powers menu (P) up and move them around freely, or click-and-drag with your right mouse button at any time.

You can also set up a different arrangement of powers on your bar through your Builds interface. To get to this window, hit the B key. From there it will bring up a tabbed window where you can make various preset power layouts with your choice of Roles, gear, devices, and even costumes. You'll unlock more available builds as you level up, so you can eventually have one for pretty much every circumstance and change them on the fly.
