I'm strongly in favor of consolidated threads because they prevent any single suggestion from being pushed off the front page and forgotten. This is a thread for coming up with additional powers for existing power sets. I'd still recommend separate threads for new power sets - those are large suggestions that probably deserve their own threads. In the interest of consolidation, feel free to link to new power set threads so you can find similar ideas easily, and cut down on duplicate threads.

If you want to suggest a power, just give a name, the framework it belongs to, and a description of it's effects! Feel free to give ballpark numbers if you want. To keep things standard, please bold the name, underline the power set, and italicize any comments.

My ideas:

Demo Charge
Gadgeteering

1.5s Charge: Place a remote demolition charge on the ground. If you are hit while setting a demolition charge, the power is interrupted. You can have a maximum of 3 demolition charges placed at once; placing a forth will remove the oldest demolition charge.

Tap: Detonates all demolition charges within X (200?) feet. Demolition charges outside this range will be unaffected.

Ranks: 2,3
Advantage(s): Extra Package:+1 max demo charges

Parry
Dual Blades

Block Enhancement

You hold your swords in a defensive position to reduce damage inflicted to you.

Ranks: 2,3
Advantage(s): Riposte: Any time you block a melee attack, there is a chance you will instantly counteract the enemy. This attack deals moderate damage and does not interrupt your block.

Parry
Single Blade

Block Enhancement

You hold your sword in a defensive position to reduce damage inflicted to you.

Ranks: 2,3
Advantage(s): Deflection: Any time you block a ranged attack, there is a chance you will deflect some of the damage to a nearby enemy. The chance to deflect is increased for charged attacks. You cannot deflect Cone or Sphere-shaped area attacks.

Comment: Most cylinder shaped AoEs make sense for deflection - things like minigun, chest beam, etc. Some Cone and Cylinder AoEs (such as shotgun and fireball) also make sense for deflection, but because these AoEs include attacks like fire breath and force eruption, I'd leave them out. Ideally, you would have certain attacks set to "not deflectable," but that's more work and complexity.
