Well hello.
I am really tired now, why can't i play a game that i've used my own earned money to play?

So here is my issue:

Firstly when i start the launcher, i log in with my username and password, after that i get a message down below where the update bar is, this is the message: "No shards found: You have a ticket with 0 permisson pairs. but no shards were foun-"
That's the first thing im wondering about, wtf does that meen?

Secound issue, i cant click on the "patch" button, and there is no other way to start the game, you wtf am i supposed to do.
I wan't to play this game, and i want to play it now
Yea.. that sounded a little to geekey...

So someone PLEASE help me out here.



I really hope this can be solved ASAP.

If you are getting the error no shards found it is due to not inputting your retail product key on your account, and setting up your subsciption. If you are still having this issue the please feel free to contact our billing support department. The contact information is in the link listed below.
