How do you get up to the top floor of the construction site. In Champions, characters cannot climb. So unless you have flight or teleport, I'm not sure how you get up there.

Aha! I figured it out...you can jump up the elevator shaft!

If I'm not mistaken there are some stairs somewhere on the lowest floor, inconvenient, but they do the job.

Theres stairs running through all the floors. Just gotta find them.

How do I get the viper recruiter to show up? I've been through the whole building on several different days and never see the recruiter. I see him talking in the NPC chat, but never see him. Is there some trick to it, or is it just me?

The viper recruiter is often in stealth, so you need to run around the area where he spawns and bump into him. This seems to have been a relatively rcent change. In older builds he was never in stealth.

He's there for sure though, just go to the very top floor and run around the area under the green circle.

He's a slow spawner. I've waited 15 minutes before he's shown up. Usually I just kill the other mobs on the top floor.

If you don't have the vertical movement abilities you have to take the stairs :)

Thanks for the replies. I'll try to be more patient and the stealth clue helps since, as was mentioned, the stealth is recent and I know I had seen him before on other toons a while back. :)

He is on the top floor and the has been stealthed since closed beta. He only pops out when you get close enough to him.
