I cannot seem to get the Mega-Terak or Qularr Mothership missions from the two npcs. They aren't offered and I know I'm higher level than what's required. I have done every other mission they offer and also done one proxy mission with shutting down Qularr communicators. I have to be missing another mission somewhere that is a prerequisite for these two. The Qularr De-fleeted perk only shows the mothership mission remaining to get.

Any ideas on what might be missing? Another proxy mission somewhere?

In the hills north in the qularr infested area in MI there are some Infected Qularr that drop a DNA sample that starts a mission, might be the one you're missing.

For Mega-Terak, pretty sure there is a drop that starts a mission whose follow-up is the Mega-Terak mission. I think it drops off Qularr, but it might be Bureau 17 robots that drop it.
