I'm running:

(Shoulder) Mini Gun
(Chest) Micro Munitions
(Hands) Concussor Beam

Remember, I said IF you had unlimited... so what is the max power you could put out by utilising all of your toggles at the one time.

you hit the nail on the head, those 3 toggles would give the highest damage output. though if I could have minigun and concussor beam and just spam chestbeams without running out, im not sure what'd do the most damage.

max rank eye beam, power gauntlet full charge, chest beam full charge

Don't think you can charge PG and CB at the same time.

That said, I'd go Minigun, Concussor Beam and tap Chest Beam. Most possible DPS, plus two damage resist debuffs.

Mini Gun, Concussor and Chest Beam is definitely by far the highest damage combo. Micro munitions doesn't even come close to matching chest beam's dps. It's also an infinitely better setup because you can run it with electric form.

hrm, micro munitinos... i should probably swap for chest beam then. But hey - whats this damage debuff from chest beam?

Debuffs enemy resistance somewhat significantly.

Eye Beams, Concussor Beam and Chest Beam... cause lasers are cool. :D
