What do the various ranks of Smoke Bomb do that the base ability does not?

Just longer stealth duration. 10 seconds for rank 1, 20 for rank 2 and 30 for rank 3.

The rank descriptions say each rank adds 10 seconds of stealth to the base value, 10,20,30 seconds.
