I'd like to see the crime computer list a level next to the contact name so we know the lowest level missions to expect from that contact. The ability to sorta those contacts by level would be even better. having the option to show contacts with quests even to far below my current level would be pure heaven on top of the other 2 options allowing me to more easily perk complete.

Totally agree. Us completionists would like to have a way to at least know the general area we should be looking to find missed quests or which area is worth going to first.
