I know...I know...I've seen a similar post(s) before regarding the items you receive upon completing quests being several levels above your character, and how it sucks. And while I've read that/those posts before and not really commented on them, as of today I just can't help but bring this subject up again. I completed a quest out in the desert and received a very nice 16 slot "Stronghold Ruckack." (16 slot bag) I was pretty excited cause I'm always running out of room and I can only craft 10 slotters at the moment. Then I realized I'm only level 22 and the bag has a level requirement on it of 24.
Anywho! Not wanting to make a huge QQ post or anything about this, but just want to ask if there are plans to resolve this problem in the future or is this just what we should expect. Though i'd definatly prefer to be able to equip items I receive from quests I complete, I'm fine either way, just would like a Dev comment. Maybe there is one somewhere and I've missed it.
Thanks in Advance

Yeah, today this issue really hit home with me. My bags are all full.........I decided to take a good look at everything and start some inventory clean-up.
Every quest reward was at least 2 levels higher than me. I realized that thats the way its been the whole way through so far.
I mentioned it in zone chat........One reply was stop taking quests that are that high. Wha? I'm doing quests that are my level appropriate...You'd think the rewards would reflect that.
Someone then said, its designed that way to keep you leveling so you can use the item? Again, wha?
All its doing is frustrating me that I'm constantly questing for items I can't use.
Surely these game coders can institute a check in game that lets the reward be useable by the quest taker.
A simple behind the scenes read, "this guy is lv 14, reward will be lv 14".
Is that too difficult? Maybe it is.

Well, I hate to bring up wow.... BUT, their quest rewards do have a nice idea attached. If you can do the quest, you get the reward. There simply isn't an actual level "number" on those quest rewards. They are Soulbound and because you earned them, you can wear them.
But like I said earlier, one way or the other, I'd just like to hear the official word from a Dev.

Not everyone is having this issue, its those that are doing missions above there level for whatever reason usually.
My main is 28 and hasnt yet done any missions at or above his level from the start of the game, always at least 1 level if not 2 or 3 below. Its either grouping with others or missing a quest section that seems to be the problem, as ive solo'd the whole way through up to now.

Those mission reward bags, while they do have a displayed level requirement, can be equipped by lower level characters. At least some can.
Level requirements for bags are a little screwed anyway, mission rewards, crafted bags and drops all have different level requirements for the same bag type.
