Hello,
I'm 20th lvl in the desert and for some reason I can't get anymore missions. The only thing I can think of is I'm missing a contact somewhere but I have no question marks or exclamation points anywhere on my map. What I think I need is the contact that gives the missions "armagedon closer now" "bombsquad beatdown""metal maiden menace""repaired and reprogrammed" and "source of the malfunction" thanks for any help

This seems to be a recurring problem. There are a few things you can do to alleviate what is affectionately called the "Content Gap." Here's a rundown:

1. Double-Check your Crime Computer by "Searching for Emergencies." Every blue moon or so the quests won't show up, so try it two or three times just to be sure.

2. Double-Check to make sure you aren't carrying any Mission Items that you can double-click on to start. These are vital in the current state of Champions Online to maximize your XP, so absolutely positively do all of the ones you find!

3. Citizen Missions. If you haven't done any of them yet, every drop of experience counts. If you haven't got any, just mill around on the ground and an NPC will eventually thrust one upon you. Be sure to do these too, as after level 30, it doesn't look like they'll give you any more for some reason.

4. Canada. Talk to Justiciar and repeat the mission where you procure the various orders from the trio of couriers. It's got a fifteen minute cooldown with the latest patch, however. Thankfully, the cooldown ties in nicely with the next bit...

5. Grinding. I know, nobody particularly cares to grind XP, but it's just one of those things that make MMO's... well, MMO-ish. At the very least, it'll nudge your XP bar a tad in the right direction. If grinding isn't for you, then there's always...

6. PvP. While I'm not a big fan of PvP myself, one can't ignore the fact that you still gain scads of XP if you can manage to rack up some kills. This might be worth looking into while your mission cools down.

I do hope that helps, and I'm sorry I can't be of more help. Best of luck!
