I'm lvl 23 and this is the list of powers I have so far, im more interested in PVE on this toon. The stats im stacking are DEX/EGO and STR as a third stat.

Rank 1 - Rain of Steel - upgraded with Grinning Ghost
Rank 3 - Blade Tempest
Rank 1 - Dragons Wrath
Rank 3 - Lightning Reflexes
Rank 1 - Masterful Dodge
Rank 1 - Resurgence
Rank 1 - Telkenesis Shield

I have 1 skill point and not sure what to use it on, im not keen on whats left in the dual bladed skill tree, tried the cyclone sword and wasnt keen on it, also tried ego sprites (seems ok but not a lot of damage) was thinking of some sort of aoe or cone attack thats decent damage and doesnt use too much action, pyre is pretty good but need full action bar for it.

Anyone know what abilities woudl work well?
