I didn't even realize she was in there until I hit lv 38 on my main character, bit late to go back now, I'm under the impression that outside of stronghold pvp she is no where to be found, put her in somewhere please so people can finish that perk that missed it, all the other champions can be found around.

She is in the MC tutorial area. She flies around and lands right near the Mayor's tent. In fact, you should have the We Are The Champions perk completed by speaking to Witchfire at the celebration of your defeat of the Qulaar.

EDIT: Sorry, just saw the rest of your post title "...somewhere outside the tutorial".

My "main" did speak to her, but I never got credit for it. Guess I'm bugged.....

Unfortunately its not just speaking to her...you have to select her info box so she tells you about perks. when you you talk to her about perks she counts....at least thats how it was...haven't started an alt in a while.

Edited to add:Did some checking because its quick to get to her in tutorial....you have to access her "perk" chat....and then hit the continue button on the bottom right of her convo screen to get credit!

So ...worse than I thought.

I haven't checked recently, but I don't think a single one of my characters has the perk completed... and I've tried. Talking to her in the tutorial has never counted for me before.

EDIT: Oh, gotta ask her about perks, eh? Wow.. that's stupid.

On my most recent character she wasn't even in the Tutorial zone, I waited like 5 minutes at the tent for her and she didn't show up at all. I too would love to see her outside of MC's Tutorial zone especially considering every other Champion from the tutorial is somewhere in the world.

20 bucks sats when they finally getting around to adding her into the game they'll say she just got back from a "World Concert Tour" for the Qularr Invasion Relief fund!

The Dev working on Perks has already stated in some other thread that they are looking into how to best include her in the post tutorial game.
So she'll be there eventually, just dont have an ETA yet.

Gee, all Defender does is sit on his arse handing out missions. She could be standing beside him and hand half of them out, or just being friendly chichatty or whatever. Its not like Defender is doing anything else more interesting.

Dude, you should be a Developer, cause I swear that is how half of them think. Seriously, as a stop gap until you can think of a better place, stick her next to ole Defender and have em share Missions. Problem solved...temporarily.
