Someone in my guild is making a Gadgeteering Guy, so I thought I might post this to help him out. This is how I built my retcon character after trying out other powers, so this spec doesn't include powers I never used or weren't as good as I thought they would be. I would suggest sticking to this build up until level 23. As soon as you can retcon out of experimental blaster and take Gauntlet Chainsaw, spend your first two talent points on Refraction of Sound, after that I would put the next 4 points into the Munitions Bots, as for the rest, raise them as you see fit, except for Anvil of Dawn, as soon as you can slot that for your Orbital Cannon. Oh yeah, for some reason it wouldn't let me slot refraction of sound in the builder, so just add that in with the additional talent points.

Now if you're wondering why I waited so long for the Healing Drones, it's because they don't heal that much and Bionic Shielding will save your bacon more times than they will.
