So i had 3 characters i thought Qualified for free Respec but neither of them have it.

Can we get a clarification ?

Reason why i was asking cause i just figured being a headstart player i would have one.

everyone headstart or not gets it, but the UI button is missing, the sticky thread about it has a workaround command that you can use though.

There is no button. Its a command you run.

The characters that qualify have to have existed in headstart. Its not an account thing.

Noone has the button yet, but you can use the command in THIS STICKIED THREAD AT THE TOP OF THE FORUM ABOUT FREE RETCONS when your retcon window is open at the Powerhouse.

And yes, I did need to use caps.

Information is incorrect here.

Any character created before sept. 10th is granted the respec, the workaround right now is to use /character_usefreerespec while you are at the retcon screen.
