Ok I have this name reserved, and a costume saved for him. I want CIH-E to use dual pistols for DPS, wear powered armor with some good defense and options later on for whatever I feel like playing with, massive strength (I want the best high damage Might attacks, plus I'm huge), and I want a good selection of archery powers for the status effects.

Could you tell me what stats I need to make this happen? I need help with this build, but please don't include any broken powers, I can't deal with having anything gimped. I must be uber.
