Below is my tenative build for my healer. Please keep the following in mind:

1) the character will always be grouped with 2 or more
2) I've had severe problems with aggro
3) I will be in passive stance all the time
4) I am currently lvl 14 and have respec'd down to just my starting 3 powers.

Any and all helpful input is appreciated. Especially if the 2nd stat should be End or Rec or Con.
