# 1 Poor GM Response Times

The GMs I understand are busy, but when 10+ people put in tickets about one person harassing the lot, and there is no response for well over 2 hours, no GM intervention and its an ongoing issue, it really makes me lose confidence in the GMs ability to police this game.

Still going on if any GM happens to read this.

The GM support has been a bit lacking in this department. I'm a little suprised, really. Other MMOs that I've played didn't seem to have problems with support at launch, actually, the opposite. They seemed to be overly prepared for player concerns early on, because they understood there would be so much demand for it.

According to the interview, all they do all day is sort through bug reports and forward them on to the devs. I didn't realize sorting bug reports was normally a GM's job.

Standard in the market, unfortunately. Acceptable? That's debatable. But standard.

" I can hardly yiff with all these distractions!"

Isn't there a /ignore function you can use if someone is bothering you?

Not when they are using power spam to move your character around, the individual in question was ignored by just about everyone right after his shenanigans began.

couldn't you just switch instances rather than waiting 2 hours for a GM?

I am fairly sure that when you send a harassment petition like this you are also "logging" what was said when the report was sent. Just because a GM doesn't show up instantly, or even quickly, does not mean that they wont see what took place.
