Many of the costume options have different names for male and female toons. For example, the same pattern is called "Inlay" for men, and "Defender" for women. It's a little confusing. I'm used to making male characters, but sat down to see what options were available for females last night and saw few familiar naming conventions.
Also, I found I liked the "Draconis" chest piece for females (I think that's the correct name), but the matching belt was only available if you don't choose Chest Wear. In other words, two pieces that were presumably intended to go together are mutually exclusive.
Female characters also have fewer head sliders than males, which was disappointing. And I couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at the fact that the "Breasts" slider is set at the max by default.
