I get this weird sensation when I'm super-speeding through the streets of MC smaking down or bypassing mobs at my discretion. Using my single blade bastich sword to cut a swat through my enemies while watching them bleed slowly to death while I laugh behind an ebon shield.....

It feels....like....... fun.

Yeah, fun. I'm having a butt load, bucket full, plethora of fun. In fact I'd say the more I play the game the more I like it. That is now that I've recalibrated my thinking from "any build should work" to "these mobs will have relations with my corpse if given half a chance."

Just saying.....

Difference between me and the other..."I KIN PLAY DIZ GAEM WHY CAN'T CHOO" crowd Is I never called anyone a whiner, and I fully understand the fustration of those who find characters they leveled up unplayable. Happend to me. And since Cryptic can't seem to work out a simple respec solution I scrapped 5 toons.

They were simply unplayable. Even my blasters are built like tankers now. So I'm sure that massive changes are coming. Most games try to avoid tankmagery.... This game encourages it for base level survival.

I'm having loads of fun too :) Ignore the naysayers and keep on kicking butt!

I bet you're a lifetime sub, aren't you? I also bet your main wasn't rendered useless by the patch so you cannot possibly understand how others aren't having the same experience as you.

I take it you haven't been shot on the way to your next mission just to have your travel power turn off. It isn't all bad, but it isn't all flowers either.

My emotions waver in the game hehe, and it's generally based on the dice roll behind the scenes since my main uses Lightning Reflexes. Over all though, amazingly fun i agree

I was a bit down on the game for a while too. Then I (get ready to gasp here) tried a few different things, read the forums a bit, and stopped to learn the nuances of the game. What I realiized was that I was bringing too many of my old (CoH) MMO ideas to my playstyle here.

Unlike CoH you cannot watch a baseball game, have a beer, eat a hoagie and do your statistics homework while running The Citadel TF. You have to be an active paticipant to excel in battle here. That is what I really like. Maybe its not for everyone but I enjoy it immensely.
