As I am looking through the power sets I am only seeing the supernatural power that drags people to you in aoe.

granted my browsing is limited as I am at work, but as I missing something?

I want to be able to yank in the annoying ranged mobs so i can then lay down some aoe to help deal with the minions effectively.

are there any slots that add this to a power? or any other powers in general? The chain graphic really does not fit my concept.

Shadow Embrace in Darkness does this if you add the Fatal Allure advantage. However it's erratic and only works on those targets already affected by fear, which probably means it will proc even less often if you are not using other attacks with fear. Shadow Embrace itself does have a chance to apply fear. If the knockup procs on a target that it not feared, it just knocks them up instead of towards you, which is still useful.

Shadow Embrace is also fairly OP. Once you get it you will have a hard time not spamming it.
