Going through my 3rd remake on my ice hero and was wondering if Ice Barrier was that good of a skill? In both PvP and PvE.

It's alright from what I tested, it reduces damage pretty well. Only downside is the attacks have to be shot through the barrier and it's a physical object you place on the ground. So anyone can just walk around it or behind you and shoot you for full damage. Probably more useful for PVE than PVP
