Single Blade needs to be made more interesting, and I think having a two handed version of it would be great. And Power Armour needs a rocket punch, just saying.

I think the OP was suggesting that we have a single blade set that is wielded by two hands instead of dual blades which are two swords wielded in each hand.

Quoted for Truth.

The Single Blade animations seem superflous in a game where you've got martial arts and dual blades. A two-handed sword power set, or at the least an option to switch to using both hands on a significantly larger sword, is plain and simply cooler. It looks cool to lug around a huge giant sword and cut things in half in one hit. Plus it allows for cool animations for AoE attacks.

Rocket Punch is just silly not to have. You've got a Chest Laser, Eye Lasers but no Rocket Punch. If you're going to be completely awesome and ridiculous you need to follow Spinal Taps example and turn it all the way up to 11. Plus, you can have a Ranged attack that works off your strength to totally mess up some evil dastardly villains face.

/signed on both accounts.

From what I've seen of the single blade set, it's essentially dual blades minus one weapon, if that makes sense. The default weapon is a katana, so of course it has rapid strikes and cuts and is another whirling dervish of frenzied action. Rather than a broad/longsword style which would have a significantly different pace of animation and fighting.

Honestly, I'm not sure how Rocket Punch didn't make it into the initial Power Armour set. Perhaps the dev team couldn't make the animations work well, that's the only reason I can think of for not including such a classic staple of super robots.

You people talk about these things but never think about how they'll be put in, given time they may give more diverse sets or different looking weapons. What you talk about is actually trying to make something switch from one animation style to another so someone then would have to render all the movements involved, Then someone needs to code that into the game.

Rocket punch being already is the game could be plausable, but why would you want to copy a villains style when you're meant to be playing a Hero/Champion.

"You need to follow Spinal Taps example and turn it way upto 11" Though I imagine you saw the Amp's they used man, sadly the 11 is not any louder it is still number 10's level, its just there for vanity.

I thik Single Blade needs a major boost, it's meant to be the best melee single target damage but I often more than not get way out damaged by someone with dual blades.

Some of the attacks are just poor, only one worth taking is scything blade with swallowtail cut.

Inexorable tides needs to have a better snare as well.

One would imagine that a game company pays coders, modelers and animators to code, model and animate.

I agree entirely. We shouldn't suggest things that might involve work in a feedback thread. We weren't supposed to actually use it for feedback!
