I am not asking becouse I dont know anything about MMO and the support team.
I am asking becouse no matter the problem ingame, the respons from the GM team is the same: "we cant do anything about it"

I got the respons in some verios ways:

Like telling me I shoud report it in the bug report system and not ask a gm for help, I did, but that dont solve the problem, in once case I ask a gm if he coud look in to the waterfron and lost foot escort mission npc, that seem to get stuck on spawn or close to the spawn area, maybe reset them or anything to make them maybe work.
But my mistake, I tought GMs was thre to help players if thing got broke.

Another GM toll me, they dont give out hint on how to complet missions and perks, thats fair enouge, but I was not asking for that, I was asking if they coud fix or do something about some perks that did not complet as their where suppos to.
Later I sent a new request about some of the same perks, that GM toll me that problem was resolve, so I wait for a pacht, that was 3 pacht since, and funny, still not working, not on old or new toons for me.

Today I ask againg, was toll that they are not allow to fix it, I was think what? you are not allow to fix minor problems that was couse by bugs?

Some of the perks I am talking about is:

Living large: sits on -1/50000, been on that since i got it, this one shoud be easy, just look at how much i got, if its more then 50k fix it.

We are champions: missing sapphire, ok this one is alittle harder. But you coud look up whate time that toon was made and see if it fits the same time as sapphire was bug, wich it was on my main.

Force station steelhead respawn point: I look alot around that base to see if the was one close by, if there where a perk for making 100 laps around the base, I woud have got it. I coundt even get a GM to tell me if the is another respawn point or not, all I got was, it is working as suppose to.

Is enouge I can miss normal content becouse often it is a one in a toons life chance to get it, but I also have to make sure I dont do it while it is bug, becouse thier are not going to fix it?

wow. your grammar sucks. learn to type and spell and you might get better responses. as for waterfront and lost foot, those missions are bugged, and if the npc gets stuck they have to wait for server reset to respawn. hmm, wait a day or two to do the quest, or reset entire server cause someone is whining...hmmm...

how cares about grammar, that dont change anything. For a guy that shoud not beable to read or spell, becouse for me all the words almost look the same, I think i do well :)

Also where did I ask for a server restart? I ask if their coud do anything about it, If the GM had say to me that their coud not reset them on the run, but only on server restart, then fine, but nope they did not.

GMs = Game Masters
If you want something fixed, you need to contact the development team.
Game Masters are simply here to keep the peace on the server, more or less.

Development team fix, GM no fix.

Content bugs should be reported as bugs so they can be escalated to the dev team. Filing them as GM help requests would indeed just result in them being closed since there is indeed nothing they can do about mission problems.

For all the post about his spelling:

I did, and then i waitet, pachts cam out after the GM toll me that those things where resolve, 3 of them infact, but nothing happen.

what about the "we are the champions" issu? it is just bad luck for players that was unluck to play that time? not a game destoyer problem, but what with similar problems in future?

It takes time for things to get through to being fixed. So your little NPC missing on a mission isn't high priority to say a whole quest line, imbalances to powers, etc. You went about the whole understanding of how MMO's function WRONG and when told how to correct it get upset. There's nothing that can be done for you. You are un-help-able.
