Command /showmem 1 - what is "memory actual"?

Is that what is being picked up by the game in reference to total video memory or is that what the game is using currently?

Then there is "Tracked (est + video)". So yeah, the est is estimated usage?

Just curious. This is a pretty nifty command for keeping an eye on some things.
