fixed skills; this should be as well..

larger exp rewards; this may not be necessary with the two previous issues solved, but i'de rather have an abundance of quests than have to try to patch my progress together.

why i'm waiting;

i use the crime computer, and i can handle anything appropriate.. double gadroon spawns +2-3 levels higher, but-- i'm still using broken skills that i can't retcon (apparently ever, with the price it scales to), and it's taking way too long to level with these missions i seem to be rationing.

..nothing like doing a few missions (with an 'unfixable' character) where you're stuck looking for something, or whichever annoying task, only to notice you've been getting less than 1 bar for each.. at level 20something.

Agreed, but this should be done through more content.

There's only 40 levels in CO. This is not WoW where you'll earn a level every twenty minutes until you reach level 60. The leveling curve is much different, and very easy to play under.

Level 20 is fairly high in CO. Throwing it out like it's a low level that should be easy to jump through is senseless.

I could use a tip, then.

I've been coming through zones, don't think I missed any quests, and am lvl 23 now, but the only quests avaliable to me at the moment are lvl 25 gadroon takedowns in Canada. They are doable, but unpleasant and pointless: I won't be able to use quest rewards until I am 25 anyway.

Where should I go to get a couple more levels under my pelt?

Skills need to be fixed and improved, for sure. What is wrong with the retcon? I kind of like the progressive system they put in because it really puts in a lot of strategy and risk. The cool thing about it is, you can get a new power and the Powerhouse just can't provide enough real testing. So you can go out and actually use it for a while, and then only pay a few hundred resources to toss it and get something else. It's been so long since I played WoW I can't know how it works there any more. But this is different. The open class system has to have a lockdown on it because if not you won't ever make an alt.

Make sure your computer is empty. Socrates is very vehement about giving all heroes ten or so level 22-24 quests in MC via your computer.

Lucky you! That danged AI keeps sending me mission after mission after mission. Heck, I'm in dire hand to hand contact with multiple Gadroon and Socrates messages me, "Kamui, you must head back to Millenium city immediately! Sara Parkins has lost her car keys and only you can find them!" So far I've been ignorring it. I'll do 'em when I get to 'em.

It looks like the mailbox can only hold so many messages. Delete any of the crap she's sent and I'm sure more will show up; I deal with this all the time since my supergroup trades items for experimenting and someone tells me then sent me 3-4 mails and I only see two until I delete old empty messages.

Either that or she's screwing with you. Both work for me.

Lots of level 24ish missions from Isabella in Stronghold (in the Desert.) There's another contact with a similar level range. I'm soloing them easily at 22.
